 Over 18 years rich experience of Project Finance, 11-1/2 years with a State Level Financial
Institution, well exposed to the various facets of Project Finance- evaluation, execution
monitoring, financial restructuring, etc.
 Managed Institution’s Equity and Investment Portfolio and introduced the concept of
divestments and rights sale thru MFs at Mark to Market prices.
 Had been Nominee Director of 21 companies.

 Handled promotion and setting up of Joint and Assisted Sector Projects in the State of MP.
 Worked with Fortune (GOM) Group having diversified interests and a Super Star Trading
House -- Fortune International, with an annual turnover of over Rs. 200 Crores –
a) handled financing and implementation of a Triple Shift Empty Hard Gelatin Capsule
Manufacturing Project involving assistance from IDBI and Morgan Stanley;
b) involved in take over and financial restructuring of a Sick Unit from British counterparts
[Moulins of UK] at Mohali, supplying machines to all top FMCG and Pharma
companies;
c) restructuring and operations of their machine building and plastic storage tank units.
d) Overseen all the financial, accounting, commercial and secretarial aspects of the
manufacturing activities at Corporate Level as well as all external Liasioning with the Govt
Departments, FIs, PE, Banks etc.
e) involved in the discussions and negotiations of setting up of a Gelatin Manufacturing
plant in India with Figlo De Lapi of Italy as the JV partner with an estimated investment of
over Rs 30 crores.
 Worked with Reliance Communications Limited for their Telecom initiatives, since April,
2001 in the state of Gujarat. Was an important and integral part of the Commercial Team in
Gujarat Circle in the Project and Launch Phase of CDMA operations and making of various
processes and implementation thereof during the entire concept, execution and operation
phase.
 GSM operations was also launched successfully during my stint as the Head of
Commercial Operations and new milestones achieved.
 During the total stint of 11-1/2 years with the organization handled various commercial
responsibilities, held key positions in the commercial arena and have reached to the
position of Hub Commercial Head – Gujarat and Rajasthan in the year 2009.
 For about 2 years consolidated the strength and worked as freelancer.
 Currently working with Shalby Hospital Group, a leading Ortho name in India and abroad,
having chain of multi specialty tertiary care hospitals -
 looking after strategic alliances and aggressive expansion, external funding thru debt and
PE, internal controls, legal and secretarial aspects and preparing for IPO.
 16 designation upgrades in a total span of 36 yrs of working life.
