5. Reply Letter
⢠It is only right and ethical to respond everytime someone
sends you a letter. Wether the answer is favorable or
unfavorable, the recipient should respond.
⢠In case the response is positive, the addressee will not
find any difficulty in answering a letter.If it is a negative
response, it needs thorough explanation with justifiable
reasons.
⢠The writer should be meticulous about whatever is the
response; sincerity is a necessity.
6. Reply Letter
1. Acceptance Letter
The acceptance letter is written to indicate availability
and acceptability of the offer or request by the recipient. The
recipient must be sincere in accepting the letter of invitation.
He must immediately communicate his availability to the
sender, who, in turn, can make the appropriate action.
A confirmation of acceptance or availability is
important and establishes goodwill between the sender and
the addressee.

2. Rejection Letter
A letter of invitation should be duly acknowledged,
whether the invitation is to be accepted or rejected. In case
the invited person is not available, he should write a letter
back to the sender to let the latter kbow his reply.
Sincerity is a must in this kind of letter. State the
reason for the rejection of the invitation and goodwill will be
established.
