2. If we need to use another location due to unforeseen circumstances, our initial idea is to film at Newcastle-
Upon-Tyne; we decided on this location as there are many locations within that would fit with our genre, however
we did not choose this as our first location because it would be difficult to get all of the required equipment and
props to there, and would have a higher chance of risks and hazards due to it being a public area.
We have looked at several ideas for our products that we have selected not to use, if our footage is not suitable
for our product we will use these ideas, however we will try to film all of our ideas so that the editing process is
simpler and less time consuming.
When filming for our music video we are going to produce a series of shorter footage and photographs to use for
the website and digipak - if these do not turn out as expected we can do additional photoshoots and use clips of
test footage for the website as a 'behind the scenes' extract which would appeal to our chosen genre and social
group.
Additional elements that we will have to consider such as the weather can heavily impact the quality of our final
product, if our footage is not suitable for use or we are not happy with the outcome of our work we will film in
indoor locations such as the dance studio which we are using heavily for filming purposes, or a drama studio
where a live audience can be used as this will fit with our genre, the only downfall of this is that it will take time to
organise to get an audience which may negatively impact the rest of the production process. if we cannot film
on the days we have allocated, we can organise a date within the group so that we get the initial idea footage.
