consists also in the control of the production, in the maintenance of the guidelines in terms of sharing
procedures and maintenance of business rules in terms of respect of the contracts.
2. September 2005 – September 2006
Responsibility of the provisioning groups (activation) and of the operation group (technical
maintenance) for the North-West Area. The provisioning group certifies the phase of start-up of the
customers with their services associated. The operation group is a maintenance offer of second level
to the Small Customers business (small and medium enterprises). The job consists in the control and
verification of the activities from the group (using different tools such as CRM), in the appraisal and
control of the cost and in the management of the resources.
October 2004 – August 2005
Management, in phase of maintenance, of the infrastructure of net DSL (DSLAM) for the North-
West Area;
Focal point for the problematic techniques found in field at national level: the activity consists in
the verification and analysis of the problems list in phase of maintenance of second level in order to
find solutions with the support of the Engineering Unit and with the aid of the suppliers.
Project Leader for the plan Shared Access; the carried out activity on a national level consisted in
following the star-up of the service, in deciding the flows/processes to put into effect in phase of
maintenance, in the appraisal of the costs, carrying out the demands on the systems, in the reporting
of the activity in order to visualize of the course.
Written up and organized the documentation on the business procedures of technical
maintenance and on the maintenance contracts on a national level. The job consisted also to meet
different groups to analyze and to optimize the flows, evidencing critical events in field.
Point of reference towards Telecom Italy in phase of maintenance for the North-West Area with the
purpose to make uniforms and effective the relationships with same Telecom.

Responsibility of the groups of provisioning (activation) with the function to activate the
Customers and to supply the associates services. The job consists in the control and verification of
the carried out activities from the group, in the cost appraisal and control and in resources
management.
January 2001 – February 2003
Technical support of net of 2° and 3° level related to the Fastweb Customers and the backbone
equipment. The activity consists in advanced carrying out troubleshooting for problematic given by
VoIP network and for Cisco equipment and CPE (Telsey, Pirelli). These activities are about the
Customers and breakdowns on backbone equipment.
3. September 2000 – December 2001
Technical support of net of 2° level related to the Fastweb Customers. The activity consists in
effecting troubleshooting for problematic VoIP and net you date for the Fastweb Customers.
Getronics S.p.A
January 2000 – August 2000
Participation to the planning and the implementation of the VoIP net in the University of Pavia in
collaboration with Cisco System.
July 1999 – December 1999
Stage near Getronics S.P.A. on thematic VoIP. The stage was about the study and thematic
deepening of Voice over IP. I realized in laboratory a VoIP net and then I planned and implemented in
the centre one net to communicate in VoIP.
