• Managed Air Mobility Command’s precision loading initiative. Increased aircraft
utilization by 45% and saved the Department of Defense $60,000,000 over a 6 year
period.
• Managed a LEAN initiative to merge two different sections into more dynamic
way to process cargo. Increased cargo production by 45% and reduced cargo
rehandle time and errors by 25%.
• Oversaw Passenger Service evacuations after the Japanese Tsunami. Met and
managed 2,600 passengers from 11 USAF aircraft and ushered them to their homes
in the United States.
• Managed remodel of the Travis AFB Passenger Terminal Lounge. After drafting
the redesign of the terminal, I choose furniture, paint and other equipment
necessary to ensure the passengers comfort and safety. Was recognized by the
Base Commander for my efforts.
Lead a diverse group of 14 military and 20 Korean foreign nationals in aircraft
services and operations. Lead quality assurance practices in the safe-guard of
classified and hazardous materials. Ensured training was documented and
regularly checked their performance against established stablished standards.

Accomplishments Include:
• Redesigned section quick reaction checklists to steam-line reaction time for
real-world emergencies
• Established a vehicle care program that promoted ownership to Airmen of a
30 vehicle fleet valued at $13M. Resulted in the highest mark on a
command level inspection.
