have over 12 years of experience offshore inthe oil and gas sector and I am currently on board the Kittiwake Platform

2. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Operations Technician 2014 — Present
Petrofac Offshore Management Ltd
- Currently on board the Kittiwake Platform in the North Sea, this platform is a fixed installation. My current role is
running the production plant safely and efficiently as an Operations Technician. As anOperations Technician my
mainroles and duties are the operation and control of the external process / utility facilities andcontrol systems
which included three phase separators, hydro cyclones and degasser, gas compressors including gas lift and gas
export, Xmas Trees, glycol dehydration, export and metering systems ina safe and efficient manner. Prepare
and recover plant for / from shutdown situations including isolation's, depressurizing and purging systems for
maintenance. Also inthis role I woulddo first line maintenance on a daily basis, countersign on the permits,
create permits, isolation's and risk assessments. I follow and ensure company procedures are being complied
with, actively contribute to the safety management system withuse of STOP cards, audits, hazard perceptions
and many other audits required by onboard procedures.
Laboratory Technician 2007 —2014

- In my role as a Laboratory Technician on the Kittiwake my main roles and duties was to perform routine samples
of oil, gas and water/effluent in accordance withup to date laboratory procedures and report analysis results to
relevant supervision and support staff, alsoto use the data gathered to improve or maximize our production
rates while fulfillingour obligations to protect the environment. Further to this it was my role to maintain and
complete all lab reports on a daily basis and submit this to our on-shore team. Other responsibilities were to
manage all chemical usage and stock levels andoptimize the usage of these where possible. Part of my remit as
the production chemist was alsotocontinually review our working procedures and seek to maintainthese to the
up to date industry standards and to continually liaise and build relationships withour on-shore team to ensure
this was completed. Alsoin this role it was the production chemist’s responsibility to take and send all samples
on-shore for analysis and to ensure that the relevant support staff receivedthe relevant information pertaining to
specific samples and that the laboratory receivingsamples were clear on the analysis requiredand whom the
results were to be sent. Fundamental to this role on the Kittiwake was maintaininga very close working
relationship to the production team.
Laboratory Technician 2006 —2007

- My maintasks as a Laboratory Technician on the Northern Producer were to perform routine samples of oil, gas
and water/effluent in accordance withup to date laboratory procedures and report analysis results torelevant
supervision and support staff. Onthe Northern producer as well as being the production chemical custodian it
was alsopart of my remit to provide frontline maintenance to all laboratory instruments and ensure that all
equipment was correctly calibrated and in good workingorder, it was alsomy responsibility to provide frontline
maintenance to chemical pumps where possible and again to ensure that they were in good working order. In
this role it was alsopart of job to sample and analyze the fuel used for engines on the facility and alsoto check
the fuel stored on-board for helicopter re-fueling. In this role it was the production chemist’s responsibility to
take and send all samples on-shore for analysis andto ensure that the relevant support staff receivedthe
relevant information pertaining to specificsamples and that the laboratory receiving samples were clear on the
analysis required and whom the results were tobe sent.
