COVID-Secure • Keep people 2 meters apart • 1 meter with risk mitigation • Mark work areas • Signage • Screens between people • People should work side by side not face to face • Limit the movement of people • Rotate people • Limit people in lifts / vehicle / turnstiles / walkways • If you have more than one building limit the trips between them

Extremely vulnerable people • Talk to them about working from home • Take steps to help them • If they cannot work from home you should: • Review your risk assessment • Keep them informed of actions you are taking • Involve the employee • Applies to workers living with extremely vulnerable people
- 6. Pregnant workers • Pregnant workers must follow stringent social distancing • Requirements employers must do • Clinically extremely vulnerable must work at home • If no measures can be put in place or working at home employee must be suspended on paid leave.
- 7. Face coverings • Face coverings do not protect the wearer they protect other people they come into contact with • Face covering is not PPE • Surgical masks are not PPE in a non medical setting.

Cleaning • Posters and signs should be used • If a person needs to cough or sneeze they should do it in their arm • People should avoid touching their faces. • Employers must provide • Hand washing facilities • Hand sanitisers at locations and for visiting drivers • Increase surface cleaning • Include surfaces you don’t normally clean. • Put out cleaning guidance for showers, toilets and changing rooms • Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces • Clean shared tools and vehicles between use
