I am writing this letter of recommendation concerning Alan Estes. I have had the
privilege of working directly with Alan over the past (2) years. He has been highly
involved with me in a very huge safety guarding project and equipment upgrading at our
facility. This project not only consisted of guard fabrication but also the installation of the
guarding while meeting all OSHA safety guide lines including the hard wiring, ladder
logic, program modifications, writing programs, and assisting with ordering components
for the safety devices required for this massive project. This includes such devices as
light curtains, laser scanners, safety interlock switches, safety relays, monitors, and
processors.
