Additional Information
Pays close attention to details when working with the various systems due to multiple
configurations and creates write-ups when needed to track any issues. Worked with various
customers such as Military, Civilian Contractor and Federal Workers and assessed their needs on
a one on one basis. I give them as much assistance as I possibly can and if I do not have an
answer, I will get them one. Express's myself well with individuals, groups of people and speaks
accordingly to whether information is FOUO unclassified or Secret Classified. I will look into
both sides of a story before making a decision and am not afraid to listen to others or ask for
help.

6. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I ran the 10th Sustainment BDE CSSAMO (SASMO) as a Civilian Contractor for two different
deployments while Unit was deployed without any problems or issues. On the 2nd deployment
before their return I managed to get the DoD for the Army to pay for new SAMS-E laptops for
the entire 10th MTN DIV and including the 548th CORP and other functional units. This was due
to the MPC laptops being out of warranty and cost of repair and time updating and reloading was
not cost effective.
