Objective of the Project: Make self-sufficient to PPs for providing multi disciplinary support through
convergence.
Work assignment:
• Educating and sensitized to stake holders through Awareness, Training, Exposure visit
program regarding objective of the Project.
• Updation of Beneficiary list of PP.
• Membership Enhancement up to 100%
• Regularize of CC/ EC/ GB and other Sub Committees in PP.
• Motivated women farmers for inclusion of Women as PP Membership.
• Re-election of PP as per PP Amendment Act, 2008.
• Inclusion of Women in EC (Minimum 1/3rd
).
• Bimonthly District Coordination Committee Meeting with all line departments for
convergence.
• Monthly Coordination Committee Meeting of PPDT level.
• Assist to PP functionaries for Maintenance of Records & Accounts.
• Prepared Documentation of best practice.
• Development of Corpus Fund through monthly contribution of PP Members
