Main Project Features: Potential iron ore resources have
been discovered in Kalabagh, Chiniot and Rajoa areas, in the
Province of the Punjab. The project was a mining and
processing of these minerals including the establishment of
steel mill at any other suitable location in Punjab. The project
partners are DMT-NESPAK-MME-ENDEAVOUR (the
Transaction Advisor) for Punjab Mineral Company Limited
(PMC or “the Client”). NESPAK conducted preliminary
environmental and social impact assessment study to ensure
that the mining and/or steel mill facilities can be constructed in
accordance with the Environmental and Social Laws and
Standards, which are internationally recognized and
accepted.
