My Responsibility:
1. Operation & Maintenance of Intelligent network.
2. Network administration and Preventive maintenance of the total network, like
configuring blackouts for ‘SMS’ on festivals and new year eve to prevent the load on
SMSC and also to generate better revenue.
3. Daily health checks of all the Intelligent Network servers.
4. Working on the creation, authentication of Chotta Recharge (Paper) and managing the
overall creation control to repairing all these as per marketing need.
5. Configuring various changes in the system as per the day to day requirement like
configuring ETOPUP Grids, FLEXI Margins, and providing some special tariffs to certain
remote areas.
