Business problems we are addressing
Employers are obliged by the law to check regularly employees’ health
Current occupational health checks waist employers’ money and do not support systematic
modification of work environment in support of workers' improved health.
At the same time employers are facing increasing challenges from the lack of workers and
lower productivity due to poorly managed health problems of employees
40 % of employees have a chronic disease
5 h of lost productivity (12,5 %) in case of poorly managed chronic disease
Up to 13 000 EUR is lost due to preseenteism per person/per year
Family doctor system does not have the capacity to pay sufficient attention to disease
prevention or early interventions for working adults due to high workload from serving
children and ever-increasing demand by elderly population

Business problems we are addressing Employers are obliged by the law to check regularly employees’ health Current occupational health checks waist employers’ money and do not support systematic modification of work environment in support of workers' improved health. At the same time employers are facing increasing challenges from the lack of workers and lower productivity due to poorly managed health problems of employees 40 % of employees have a chronic disease 5 h of lost productivity (12,5 %) in case of poorly managed chronic disease Up to 13 000 EUR is lost due to preseenteism per person/per year Family doctor system does not have the capacity to pay sufficient attention to disease prevention or early interventions for working adults due to high workload from serving children and ever-increasing demand by elderly population
