This document summarizes the activities of the Armenian Human Resources Association in 2015. It had 45 members and organized various events to provide training and updates on HR laws and practices. Key events included workshops on motivation, stress management for HR managers, and a regional HR conference in November 2015 with 20 guest speakers. The Association also saw growth in membership fees between 2011-2015 but a decrease in budgets for conferences and clubs in 2015. Plans for 2016 include providing bonuses and support for HR certification.
