Prioritize customer satisfaction as a primary goal
• Agile accomplishes this by focusing on open communication between
customers and Development team, encouraging constant feedback
• Lean focuses improving processes that allow them to do just what user
needs; eliminating waste and defects
Approach to speed and iteration
• Agile aims to deliver working software as quickly as possible
• Lean increase speed by managing flow (limiting work-in-process)
