This project starts with the introduction of Bonanza. The range of products
Bonanza offers. The reasons of failure of Bonanza which has harmed its image
are also discussed in.
As this brand started in Pakistan with a new concept of ready-made apparel but
then it lost its position with time as market trends changed. Bonanza owned
reputable position in market a decade back. It has lost its market value and
brand equity.
A survey questionnaire was designed to know market perception of Bonanza.
The results were evident from the research as they declared that there is an
immense need of re-launching Bonanza and designing strategies that revive its
position in the market and Revamp and come up with new, fresh and attractive
Apparel and related brand. The strategies devised are mention in this draft.
