7. 1. Material used In Site
• Termite Bi flex
• Fine Aggregate
• Coarse Aggregate
• Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC)
• Reinforcement
• Water Stopper
• Concrete spacer
10. Coarse Aggregate/Crush
• Margalla Crush Used in site.
• Passed from Sieve ¾” size.
• Free from Stone dust & other
particles.
• Density of coarse aggregate is
1550 kg/cubic meter.
11. Ordinary Portland Cement
• Bestway Cement used in site.
• It will used with month after
manufacturing
• Stored in Controlled
Environment.
13. Water Stopper
• Water Stops are flexible
Plastic strips which provide a
physical barrier to Water at
concrete joints, mostly in
basements and below ground
level construction.
14. Concrete Spacers
• There are two type of spacer
made on site.
• 1.5inch thick spacer.
• 2inch thick spacer.
Diaphragm for
spacer
Concrete Spacers
17. Tipper
• Tippers are used to travel a
massive storage of material from
one place to another place.
• In one trip it will transfer about
400 to 500 CFT material.
19. 3.Tests Perform on Site
• Field DensityTest (FDT)
• SlumpTest
• CubeTest For Compressive Strength
20. Field DensityTest (FDT)
• It is perform to measure the compaction of soil.
• Speedy moisture bottle is used to measure the moisture contact in soil.
• Minimum Compaction required on site is 95%.but in our project it achieved
98% compaction.
• Moisture content in our site is about 7%.
• Compaction should achieved by using 3 ton Roller for one day working.
• Soil in this is hard.
22. SlumpTest
• Slump test is used to check the
workability of concrete.
• Value of Slump is 3” in site when
pouring of concrete.
• It is performed by using slump
cone apparatus.
23. CubeTest for Compressive Strength
• Cube test performed by consultant
for checking the strength of concrete.
• 3000 Psi concrete test lies between
the range of 2900 to 3100psi .
• Proper process followed in filling
according to British Code.
25. Survey
• Before Starting the Project Initial survey should be done by Client to take
information about site. The Following information's are given below:
• Site Accessibility
• Utilities
• Soil Conditions'
26. Boundary Marking
• After awarding the contract client, consultant & contractor will
make a joint survey and locate site boundaries and Temporary
Bench Mark using for leveling purpose.
27. Excavation
• Excavation done on site by
excavator.
• It will done by Slope & Stepped
method.
• Average depth of excavation is
10.64ft.
28. Compaction
• Soil strata of this site is hard so no any vibratory compaction needed.
• Compaction should be achieved by using 3Ton Roller.
• Working hour of roller was 12 hours.
• After compaction we check relative compaction by using FDTTest.
• The relative compaction of soil is 98%.
30. Lean Leveling &
Concreting
• Mark k levels of lean levels by using
auto level .
• Thickness of lean concrete was 4”.
• It was completed in one day.
31. Layout of Grids & Columns
• Laying of Girds X,Y direction on ground.
• There are three different sizes of column in this
structure.
• C1 : 12x30 = 4 No.
• C2 : 12x 24 = 36 No.
• C3 : 12 x 12 = 12 No.
