Five strategies are presented for dealing with conflict: denial/avoidance, competition/power, accommodation, compromise/negotiation, and collaboration/integration. The objectives are to know how to solve conflicts, understand different types of conflicts, and know how to apply strategies to manage conflicts effectively.
