It’s important because it lets us know what we’re working with.
When we know what we got to work with, then we will be able
to better grow this gaming community.
Our Top Priority
The first shoes we need to fill will be manager roles and department
head roles, i.e. discord manager, team manager, stream manager etc.

1. Go to the IVC Esports Discord
2. Click on the #applications channel
3. There are two application forms to choose from: ecosystem and competitive. You
are welcome to fill out both but are not required to.
Note: we will be looking to fill ecosystem roles first.
44. Interview Process
First set of interviews will begin Monday 1/25 - Wednesday 1/27
—Each individual will be interviewed by a board: Adam, Coach Andy, and a small
student jury.
—We will be asking your interests, experiences, and gauging who you are as a
person.
—If you have done any work on gaming projects or have had experience in gaming
management, please bring a resume during the interview.
—Interviews will be 15 - 30 minutes long.
—After interviews, Thursday 1/28, roles will be granted to the qualifying members.
—As a reminder, the first set of interviews will be for filling the roles of
managers/department heads.
