Abhi is a multi-skilled principal consultant and a thought leader in all
aspects of Business architecture and agility . He has managed business
change, transformation and delivery for multi-year strategic IT programs
for variety of industries.
Abhi is often called as a conduit between business and technology to
translate jargons in o digestible business specs and is proficient in
engaging at all l levels oft eh organisation.
He is adaptive, resilient and driven by a need to bring efficiency by

Agile Portfolio Uplift @NBN, Enterprise Agile Portfolio Consultant
NBN encountered significant operational issues on implementing a Scaled
Agile Framework, Abhi was engaged to assess the level of maturity and
other teething issues with the portfolio of programs
• Conducted audit and presented challenges, pain points,
communication deficit across the portfolios.
• Found lack of governance, vague and inadequate description of
hypothesis and dependencies, inefficiencies in costing and funding
model, Portfolios at different levels of maturity in relation to agile “Ways
of Working”
• Conducted workshops to define the process of hypothesis flows using
Kanban with senior portfolio manager
• Consulted and presented scaled agile DevOps framework to NBN.

Abhi was the lead program architect and introduced agile ways of
working across the account and co-partner with the agile lean centre of
excellence to unlock teams and business potential through the principles
of agility, to engage and motivate the internal organisation to deliver fit

Abhi was the Program Manager/Business Architect and oversaw the
merger between Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and Property NSW.
The initiative was to merge and migrate their on-premise IT Services to
Azure Cloud and Office 365 platform with DFSI.
• Abhi reviewed the Application Portfolio Assessment and made
recommendations to The current state assessment of the enterprise
application portfolio, including application interactions.

Abhi was the lead Business architect for the development of an enterprise-
wide architecture at scale, delivering:
• A tailored lean strategy workshop with account directors to identify
products to uplift capability offerings using HCD
• Implemented an operational plan to uplift capability by training and
coaching consultants to support the organisational shift to Agile
methodologies and practice using scaled agile framework
• Introduced adoption and maturity strategy to include phases of
introduction, education, coaching, cultural change and continuous
improvement.
Qantas Airways
• Abhi was lead Program Architect on the implementation planning,
prioritisation, vendor engagement and business case development for
MRP implementation (Supply Chain) at Qantas catering centre at
Mascot ,
• He participated in the vendor management, requirements definition
and implementation of enterprise systems, including the replacement
hybrid-cloud MRP system, (Purchasing, Rostering, stock take, Transport)
