1996.
The purpose of the institution is to
provide quality education to students
in the region.
4. Duties and Responsibilities of
BFC Staff:
Backbone of the institution.
Duties of Teachers:
Prepare Lesson plans.
Completion of syllabi.
Uniform and haircut of students.
Maintain discipline in classes.
Inculcate good habits in students.
5. Duties of Teachers:
Prepare good citizens of Pakistan.
Make them confident.
Be excellent role models.
Prepare and submit results in time.
Be aware of and execute college policies
and procedures.
6. Duties of Teachers:
Follow sound professional ethics.
Attend all meetings, seminars or workshops.
Ensure preparation and usage of visual aids.
Facilitate the timely collection of fees.
Refrain from obscene , profane or abusive
language.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the
Principal.
7. Duties of Teachers:
Identify the gifted, slow learners, problem children, under
achievers in order to help them achieve according to their
needs and abilities.
A teacher is to:
Support, observe and record the progress of her class.
Know each student well and be aware of his/her
strength/weakness and any psychological or physical issue.
Ensure all students get equal opportunities in participation.
Communicate with parents over students’ progress.
Organize and decorate classrooms according to students’ age
level.
9. Classroom Management:
The key of classroom management is a teacher-student
relationships.
Effective teacher is characterized

Exercise Authority:
Teacher’s dominance in the class.
Corporal punishment is not allowed in any form or
under any situation.
10. Cooperation.
Provide flexible learning goals.
Personal interest in students.
Interaction with students.
Respect students’ self respect.
Awareness of high needs of students.
11. Points to remember while
assigning homework:
Following is to be kept in mind while giving
homework.
New concepts are not to be given.
Most of the creative writing is to be done in class work.
Incomplete classwork is not to be given as homework.
Homework schedule should be put up in each class.
12. Class review exercises:
When a chapter is finished, a review test is to be
conducted.
If the unit is lengthy, it is to be divided in parts and be
tested part wise.
Each unit must be tested before monthly test.
If majority students fail the test, teacher should teach the
topic again.
Comprehensive test from the exam syllabus on the paper
pattern is to be conducted for 25 marks from each subject
at least 1 week before the mid term and final exam
papers.
