Work Profile and Responsibilities
 Working in Qatar Flight Travel. IATA Accredited Travel Agency. Doha,
Qatar.
 Working with Sabre & Amadeus system to option and queue flights
 Handle incoming calls from our internal reservations and external suppliers
 Handling walk-in customers and Corporate Clients and Sub – Agents
 AL MANA & PARTNER CO, AL MISNED SERVICES AND EUROPEAN
INTERNATION AGENCY.
 Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares and
fees, using schedules and rate books.
 Prepare customer invoices and accept payment.
 Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, accommodations,
procedures, and policies.
 Assemble and issue required documentation, such as tickets, travel insurance
policies, and itineraries.
 Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customers,
assigning requested spaces when available.
 Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times,
transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.
 Promote particular destinations, tour packages, and other travel services.
 Provide clients with assistance in preparing required travel documents and
forms.
 Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources, such as
guides, directories, brochures, and maps.
 Contact motel, hotel, resort, and travel operators to obtain current
advertising literature Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details,
and compute fares and fees, using schedules, rate books, and computers.
 Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations,
using telephones, faxes, mail, and computers.
 Making Flight Itinerary and Issuing Tickets, Re-issue, Revalidation, Refunds,
and other travel requirements.
 Issuing Tickets on Budget Carriers Airlines.
 Customer Service, Groups Request and VMPD Virtual Multi-Purpose
Document.
 Arranging Limo for chauffer services for the eligible passengers.
 Sending OK on board message services for the inbound passengers.
 Trained newly joined Colleagues.
 Hotel Reservation and Issuing Hotel Vouchers.
