Warehouse
During the job at FATIMA Fertilizer, I have assigned almost all the
positions time to time and got rotational training of whole the warehouse
process. In this regards, I have executed the following activities:
 All kind of material receives.
 Capable for loading / unloading arrangements. Handling of loading &
unloading of material, shifting of all kind material in lay down yards,
handling of light & heavy loaded vehicles. Handling of bilties & freight
charges from finance department.
 Prepare “Material Inspection Reports” (MIRs) & coordinate with
material inspection teams.
 Prepare “Material Receiving Reports / Receiving Reports” (MRR / RR)
against approved Material Inspection Reports. Distribution & mail
MRR / RR to concern departments & persons.
 Prepare “Material Exception Reports” (MER) against foreign short,
damage & rejected material. Distribution & mail to concern
departments & persons.
 Labels projects stock coding of the material issued from main
warehouse & binning / stacking properly.
 Material issuance both stock & direct charge against approved MIVs.
 Can handling of all kind of “Purchase Requisitions” (PRs). Distribution
& mail to concern departments & persons.
 Can implement procedures related to materials handling, storage and
issuance.
