7. Franchise Opportunities
The Woodhouse offers a variety of investment opportunities for both individuals and investors interested in becoming part of our
world-class brand.
Single Unit License
The Woodhouse Single Unit agreement grants a qualified investor the right to own and operate an individual Woodhouse Day
Spa® in an approved business location. The Franchise Partner may choose to act as the general manager or hire someone to fill
the position.
Multi-Unit License
The Woodhouse Multi-Unit agreement grants a qualified investor the right to own and operate two to ten Woodhouse Day Spa
locations in a given area. The Franchise Partner agrees to develop the agreed number of spa units within a pre-determined
amount of time. The Franchise Partner will typically construct and open one unit at a time, but may have multiple units under
construction as they become a more experienced operator. In most cases, the Franchise Partner will hire a general manager to
oversee the daily operations of each spa.
Regional Developer Program
Regional Developers are key to the expansion of The Woodhouse global network. A Regional Developer is granted the right to
seek out franchise candidates and provide marketing and operational services to Franchise Partners within a predefined

10. Investment
The Initial Investment for opening a Woodhouse Day Spa
in the U.S. is estimated between $497,550 and $692,400.
We will disclose all candidates with a Franchise Disclosure
Document and break down the investment at the
appropriate time. If needed, we recommend you seek
financing from a local financial institution. The
Woodhouse Day Spa has been approved for participation
in the Franchise Registry which allows for expedited loan
processing through the U.S. Small Business Administration
(SBA).
11. Next Steps
Once you submit your inquiry form, The Woodhouse will determine your
minimum qualifications and contact you with additional information. If you

4. Perform ‘Validation Calls’ with our Franchise Family

6. Sign Franchise Agreement and Join the Woodhouse Family
From there, you will immediately get started in the real estate process and schedule
a Welcome Call and Weekly Start Up Calls. Once a site is identified, you will work
with our Operational group to open your spa and start doing what you love!
