 To design and fabricate an incubator that provides ease of
transport and can be operated in hospitals as well as in field
conditions.
 To design and implement an environmental control system in the
incubator in order to create a suitable environment for the
patient.
 To design and implement a system for check and display of the
patient’s vital statistics.
 To earn the name of quality and hospitality and spreading the
business to the other cities.
 Making new invention the incubator to make them easy to move.

Company Structure
 Target Market: My target market will be to anyone who is interested in
buying the project I will mainly target people age 30 and older, both male
and female, and who are of the working class. The total population of
location is about to 1 lakh, and the number of males and females are
about the same. There are 55% residents over the age of 30.
 Competition:There are no competitors of this project because this
project is new in the market and less peoples are aware of this project ,
our first priority is awareness to the peoples then the competition will be
started and the first competitor is ourselves. We compitite our selves in
every step and make new innovations in this project.
 Market Trends:This project is the choice for many people across the
world. Every moment small born child who was newly born cannot
breathe because of the environment .
 The world health organization estimate of the 2006/07 production has
increased to 128.6 million, up 4.9 million from its June 2006 estimate.

 I will do as much as I can to get my business name known throughout
that location. I plan to make flyers to put on cars that have my business
name, logo, and address on them. It will also list the day of opening and
will state that if you bring the project in through the first week of
opening you can get 20% flat off on the project . I will also have two
coupons in the local newspaper for 1000/- off any purchase.
