In my two positions as Production manager in technical environment, my duties and responsibilities included the

All work and decision making was done with Health and Safety rules as highest priority. I do have experience in plant layout and design and
have an understanding of plant management and maintenance. My plant design experience was with crusher plants, where filter systems
were invariably incorporated into.
I enjoy diversity, flexibility and change, with daily challenges that change as the day goes on. My previous positions equipped me to do
effective production, quality control, project management and continuous improvement. By diversifying my specialist skills, I have broadened
my skills base and method of thinking, to enable myself, to take quick and decisive action when required, with wider consideration for
implications and consequences. My work has always been in a team environment, which I love, and I have the ability to motivate and
inspire various teams to reach their goals consistently to the required quality and financial targets, as well as to work as part of a larger team
striving to reach goals. (I believe that a successful team makes a leader successful). This was achieved through effective clear
communication, ensuring all members of the team had a clear understanding of their responsibilities towards reaching common goals. I have
always worked in environments where Health and Safety requirements were extremely important. I have a full understanding of financial

A Wholesale and retail packaging supply company catering for custom packaging requirements as well as stock items. The company mainly
supplied to local businesses and companies in and around our city. The company had a production department where custom products were
developed and produced with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. It also had a very strong retail sales component which necessitated a
storage facility to maintain standard stock items, as well as produced stock inventory levels. There was a strong focus on developing new
business and expanding the customer base. This required a very specific balance in financial planning and strict adherence to planned
budgets.

using conventional mining, and heavy machinery, in underground applications. Various forms and configurations of Heavy machinery is also
