DOCENT: ÁNGELES SANZ 2
In a shop or in a restaurant, you can pay in cash, by cheque or by credit card
In the bank, people usually have a bank account.
The salary is what you earn every month.
In the bill you see how much you have to pay.
In your wallet, you keep the notes. In the purse, you carry the coins.
If you park your car where it’s not allowed, you can be fined.
Unit 3. Vocabulary (II): Money

Children keep their money in a piggy bank.
The poket money is the coins you’ve got in your pocket.
If you travel to the US, you must change your Euros into dollars.
When you pay in cash, the shop assistant gives you the change.
If you live in a flat which is not yours, you pay a rent every month.
If you buy a house, you’ve got a mortgage.

If you owe money to the bank, you’re in the red.
If something is very expensive, it costs an arm and a leg.
When you haven’t got enough money o pay for your basic needs
you don’t make ends meet.
You can withdaw some money from a cash machine.
You deposit your salary in your bank account.
