 DESIGN OF A FUZZY MODIFIED MODEL REFERENCE ADAPTIVE CONTROLLER
FOR A GAS TURBINE ROTOR SPEED CONTROL USING T-S FUZZY MECHANISM
In this project, various control techniques are designed for Montazer Ghaem power plant gas turbine
(GE9001E). While designing, the identified model (linear) is correlated through fuel flow with the aim
of controlling rotor speed of turbine during start up and power demand variation. It involves following
phases:
i. Design of PID controller for Gas Turbine speed control.
ii. Design of Fuzzy controller and Fuzzy PID controller for Gas turbine speed control.
iii. Design of MRAC and MRAC with PD block for Gas turbine speed control.
iv. Design of Fuzzy Modified MRAC for Gas turbine speed control.
