 Ensure all document management functions performed in accordance with procedures
 Setup and manage document management procedures and processes for 15 Pipeline
Integrity/Geomatic Projects ensuring compliance with DC, Project Managers and Client
 Train/ Supervise new staff granting access to Pipeline Integrity Projects
 Coordinate and process the flow of documents for client in a timely manner
 Establish and maintain document tracking using Excel for Master Document Register (MDR)
