Proposed Immediate Superior:
Regional Business Head
Grade: AVP
Key Objective of the Job:
Position is accountable for establishing the AHFCL presence for the assigned state by setting
up branch offices in the identified locations. Develop the home loan business in all location
assigned to the state.
Major Deliverables:-
 Identification of markets and Building up the branch infrastructure at selected locations
 Building up the team across the business functions (Eg. Sales, Credit, Operations and
other support team).
 Set up the sourcing network trough builder tie-ups and direct/indirect channels
 Setting up and executing the business processes in line with company guidelines
 Responsible for branch administration and basic discipline as per company’s policy
 Drive the fee income business through the branch office
 End to end management of home portfolio throughout the loan life cycle
 Responsible for overall performance of branches across the various business
parameters linked to home loan business
 Enhancing the brand visibility through various marketing initiatives
 Ensuring the adherence to all regulatory and local level compliances
 Responsible for the overall P&L of the state
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Desired Experience: 10-12 Years in Home Loan Business
