 Responsible for preparation of annual financial statements and get the same audited from
statutory auditor in IGAAP in Hyperion consolidation tool of Oracle ERP System.
 Responsible for preparation quarterly financials for consolidation and publishing quarterly
results as per SEBI guidelines and getting reviewed from statutory auditor.
 Responsible for preparation of Standalone Financials of the Company and get them audited.
 Responsible for monthly closing of books of accounts for cash flow preparation and to be
presented in monthly review meeting.
 Responsible for accounting of one of subsidiary Company of the group along with Preparation of
quarterly and annual financials and gets the accounts audited from statutory auditor.
