The Road Blockers are designed and manufactured by engineers with significant experience in
the field of High Security and Access Controls; Road Blocker is highly dependable security
product that will easily interface with a wide range of control equipment.
Road Blockers are Electro-Hydraulically operated blocking systems with segment widths
available from 2meter to 5meter.The Blocker has an 800mm height maximum when fully
raised and is comprised of a static sub-surface ground frame with hinged, rising impact wedge.
Raised/Lowered back indication signaling can be provided to enable remote monitoring of the
blocker status on a real time basis (optional)
The hydraulic power pack is controlled by a programmable logic control (PLC) enabling
connection of virtually any access control to the road blocker.

and Sealed Composite Gear Drive unit, with Hydraulic cylinder load capacity 150Bar and manual
operation in case of power failure.
 Road blocker speed of operation –typically 6 seconds to raise or lower.(faster option available)
 Duty Cycle 100% (500 Times in a day Max)
 Opening height from ground level 700mm -800mm.
