2. Goodbye laziness
Goodbye laziness,
I want no more haziness.
I will get out!
I will go shout!
I am not in daziness
I said goodbye to laziness.
3. Cow playing ball
There once was a cow playing
ball.
She ran and she kicked down
the hall.
She dribbled and shot,
And mooed awful lot.
Then she found the ref made
a call.
4. Ton of fun
That is fun.
That is the sun.
The sun is won.
What’s won is a ton.
5. Fruit
Grapes are purple,
Unlike a turtle.
Peaches are fuzzy,
Just like wuzzy.
Bananas are yellow,
But not mellow.
Red are Guavas,
Just like lava.
Pineapple is two,
For the price for one.
6. Jersey Cow
People say you’re big and fat,
But I always see past that.
Big and brown are your eyes,
That is one thing people don’t realize.
Your cute and cuddly personality,
Is why I named you Lime-A-Beanie.
7. HILL CUMORAH PAGEANT
DARKNESS FILLS THE AIR
BUT THE SPIRIT IS STILL THERE.
MUSIC LOUD AND BOOMING,
EYES WIDE AND BLOOMING.
LINES SO STRONG,
IT FILLS US ALL
WITH WISDOM, STRENGTH AND TRUTH.
MEN, WOMEN, CHILDREN, YOUTH
COMING HERE TO SEE
THE FEELING THAT WARMS ME.
8. Ode to Nature
With the sway of the trees,
Bending in the breeze.
The sun says goodbye,
To the bright, blue sky.
Stars coming out,
And the night ready to shout.
Everything standing still,
On our small country hill.
As we rest our eyes,
Compare truths and lies
Until morning breaks,
When we will then wake.
9. Goodbye
I do not want to say goodbye,
To the mountains and the sky.
The noonday sun,
Was always fun.
The night above,
Was filled with love.
The morning break,
Was spent at the lake.
The times we had,
Holding hands,
Was something great and true.
Please don’t make me say goodbye,
‘Cause truly,
I love you.
