Ladbrokes Plc needed an SMS tool that would allow their CRM teams to use it for everyday communications
to their customers, to drive them into the shops and take advantage of offers sent by text message that would
encourage them to place more bets.
They also needed a messaging platform that was secure and that had access to API interfaces so they could
send their data to their other third party data companies in realtime.
The messaging platform needed to have access to global markets and have a high volume capacity. Security
