Technologies used during the pre-
production stage were:

In terms of online programs, blogger
was used during the research stage as a
way to keep notes in an organised way
when establishing the genre
conventions. Blogger also arranged the
notes under specified titles making it
easier to find them to refer to during the
production and post production stages.

Was done on both a cannon 600

9 colour LED stage lights were used
for the lighting of the performance
shots and photoshoot as they’re
interchangeable through colour and

Prezi-
I used the presentation online tool of
Prezi as a way of interestingly noting
the researched findings into a
presentation that was both engaging
and memorable in order to make the
blog and therefore the entire project
more visually interesting.
The entirety of the website was created
online using the program of wix.com,
the website is reality smooth to use and
helped to create a professional
webpage. The program allowed my
own separately edited photographs and
artwork to be added to the website and
for them to be easily accessible for
uses.

Photoshop-
Photoshop was heavily used during the
creation of the digipak and website as
the photos were edited through
Photoshop as well as the creation of the
neon circular imagery. The use of
Photoshop has enhanced the digipak
and website as the heavy editing
conventionally from the disco genre,
was made possible through the tools of
the program. I also used Photoshop to
create the evaluation question game
board in order to make my evaluation
section more interesting visually thus
giving a better reflection of the
learning taking place across the
project.
Premier pro was the program used for
the editing process of the music video.
The program allowed all of the shots to
be viewed and put into the prier in
which I wished the narrative to go as
well as allow them all to be edited
individually to create the overlay effect
The construction of the three media
products also involved a lot of social
media use in terms of technologies and
software’s used. Social media gave a
platform for the artist to establish a
voice and platform to connect with the
audiences.
Microsoft Word-
Word was also used as an extra tool for
noting and different ways to display
the research and planning I did across
the creative stages. Word was also used
for the evaluation tasks to pre plan and
type up the answers prior to them
becoming most visually interesting.
