- 3. Put your chicken
breast in the
microwave on
defrost for 7-8
minutes (assuming
you have a crappy
college microwave)
- 5. Measure out 1/2 cup
of rice (you can skip
this if you want want
it to be super low-
carb)
- 6. Once the water is
boiling, pour in the
rice. Stir it until it’s
all wet.
- 10. Add your spices and
stuff. I use:
• Pepper
• A dash of salt
• Chili powder
• Basil
• Oregano
- 21. Now add your stir-
fry sauce of choice.
My favorites are
szechaun spice and
thai peanut sauce.
