1. BroccoliBroccoli Parmesan Fritters
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups of chopped broccoli
1 large egg
½ cup of all purpose flour
1/3 cup of grated parmesan
1 clove of minced garlic
½ tsp. of Kosher salt
DIRECTIONS:
Steam broccoli until tender
In a large bowl, whisk the egg and add cheese, garlic, salt, and flour
Add broccoli and mash using a potato masher
Heat pan over medium heat
Flatten the batter onto the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown
