Yes, the argument is that productivity should be improved in other ways, but in my experience having your head down over the smart phone has yet to improve anyone’s productivity here”. “Initially the consumerisation of IT seems good for users, but in the end they almost without fail back themselves into a corner and need IT to solve their problem.
