Modern technology has increased in the workplace and in government agencies. Examples are governmental agencies are Veteran’s Hospitals and educational facilities. Technology is also advancing in the education environment. Technology has made organizations more productive by improving communication, efficiency and mobility (Scott, 2013).

Point 2: Individuals need to avoid copying material from another website. It is ethical to get ideas from other sites but credit must be given to creator (Kumar, 2011).Point 3: It would be unethical to create a webpage by just copying and pasting information from other organization’s websites (Kumar, 2011).
Point 1: Organizations should train and educate their members on the rules of Copyright and Fair Use Laws according to the United States Copyright Office.Point 2: Organization are to ensure they are monitoring and enforcing compliance of copyright and fair use laws. Accountability is a major element when it comes to implementing a modern technology.Point 3: Modern system should have the most up to date safeguards in place (Kumar, 2011).Point 4: It is paramount that organization leaders that are implementing a modernized system ensure their members stay proactive concerning copyright and fair use laws
