Editor's Notes
The presence of female pupils and students without Italian citizenship is a structural phenomenon of our school system. Italy has chosen, from the beginning, the full integration of all the school and intercultural education as a cross-sectional and as background supplement that unites all disciplines and all teachers. The integration of pupils without Italian citizenship must start from the acquisition of the ability to understand and be understood and effective and thorough mastery of Italian as a second language.
