 Employability refers to a person's capability for
  gaining and maintaining employment (Hillage and
  Pollard, 1998).
 For individuals, employability depends on the
  knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) they possess,
  the way they present those assets to employers, and
  the context (e.g. personal circumstances and labour
  market environment) within which they seek work
  (Hind and Moss, 2011).
 As such employability is affected by both supply-side
  and demand-side factors which are often outside of an
  individual's control.

2.   Pelajar sediakan RESUME, BORANG
     JAWAPAN & SKOP KERJA  hantar ke
     UPLI untuk proses permohonan
3.   Borang jawapan & skop kerja (bagi
     permohonan yang diterima) hendaklah
     dihantar terus ke UPLI melalui faks atau
     email.

  • 3.  Employability refers to a person's capability for gaining and maintaining employment (Hillage and Pollard, 1998).  For individuals, employability depends on the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) they possess, the way they present those assets to employers, and the context (e.g. personal circumstances and labour market environment) within which they seek work (Hind and Moss, 2011).  As such employability is affected by both supply-side and demand-side factors which are often outside of an individual's control.

  • 9. DAFTAR KURSUS LATIHAN INDUSTRI 1. Sila rujuk panduan pendaftaran KURSUS LATIHAN INDUSTRI (AT401) atas talian. 2. Cetak SLIP DAFTAR KURSUS, tandatangan, dapatkan pengesahan PA dan serahkan PLIJ masing-masing. 3. DAFTAR KURSUS secara atas talian. 9
  • 10. MENANDATANGANI AKUJANJI PELAJAR 1. Baca, faham dan tandatangan AKUJANJI PELAJAR 2. AKUJANJI yang telah ditandatangani hendaklah dihantar kepada Penyelaras Latihan Industri Jabatan (PLIJ) masing- masing 3. AKUJANJI PELAJAR boleh dimuatturun daripada laman web iPUO (ipuo.puo.edu.my) 10
  • 11. PERMOHONAN TEMPAT LATIHAN INDUSTRI MELALUI UPLI 1. Pelajar telah ada tempat, permohonan perlu melalui UPLI (dapatkan maklumat lengkap tentang organisasi yang dipohon) 2. Pelajar sediakan RESUME, BORANG JAWAPAN & SKOP KERJA  hantar ke UPLI untuk proses permohonan 3. Borang jawapan & skop kerja (bagi permohonan yang diterima) hendaklah dihantar terus ke UPLI melalui faks atau email. 11
  • 12. PERMOHONAN TEMPAT LATIHAN INDUSTRI PELAJAR MEMOHON SENDIRI 1. Pelajar sediakan surat permohonan kepada firma. 2. SATU SURAT PERMOHONAN, SATU FIRMA. (buat salinan jika perlu) 3. Sertakan dokumen keperluan, borang jawapan organisasi latihan & skop kerja 4. Borang jawapan & skop kerja (bagi permohonan yang diterima) hendaklah dihantar terus ke UPLI melalui faks atau email. 12
