“Prison Project” – Program Structure
Two Locations:
1. Dillwyn – all men
• ~1 hour away
2. Fluvanna - all women
• ~30 minutes away
Three Different Curriculums:
1. Entrepreneurship (2 terms)
2. Financial Literacy
3. “Capstone” – Job Readiness
*Self-Managing Teams*
“Prison Project” – Participant Screening
Prerequisites for
Participation:
• Scheduled for release within
18 months
• Good behavioral record
• GED
• Vocational certificate
