2. THE NEW EARTH
Man should put a ceiling on his desires. As
man’s conduct is perverted, today we find
natural calamities taking place. The reason for
this is that, man is entertaining excessive
desires. God maintains perfect balance in His
creation. In God’s creation, the earth and the
oceans are endowed with balance. But man is
indiscriminately exploiting the earth. Make
proper use of natural resources and do not
put them to misuse. Help everybody and
make them happy.
LA NUOVA TERRA
L’uomo dovrebbe mettere un tetto ai suoi
desideri. Poiché il comportamento dell’uomo si
è snaturato, oggi si verificano delle calamità
naturali. La ragione di questo è che l’uomo
nutre desideri eccessivi. Nella Sua creazione,
Dio mantiene un equilibrio perfetto. Nella
creazione di Dio la terra e gli oceani sono dotati
di equilibrio, mentre l’uomo sfrutta
indiscriminatamente la terra. Fate buon uso
delle risorse naturali, e non destinatele ad un
uso improprio. Aiutate tutti e rendeteli felici.

3. L’uomo è una triade di corpo mente e spirito; di
conseguenza è formato da tre nature: 1) una natura
inferiore, animale; 2) una natura umana, piena di
conoscenza del mondo e abilità; 3) la vera natura
dell’uomo, che è la natura divina, atmica. Vidyâ significa
consapevolezza di questa terza natura e stabilirsi in essa.
RI - MUTARE
Man is a triune composite of body, mind and spirit. As a
consequence, he has three natures in his make up. 1) a
low, animal nature, 2) a human nature, replete with
worldly knowledge and skill, 3) the genuine nature of
man, namely, the divine Spiritual nature. Being aware of
this third nature and establishing oneself in that - this is
the Spiritual knowledge.

THE WINGED FISH
Whatever is in a large quantity will
convert the smaller quantity into having
its characteristics. In the same manner,
God is like the infinite ocean. In this way,
if we take our lives with all the
impurities in it and merge them in the
sacred ocean, the drop will get the
quality of the ocean. If the individual
goes and merges himself into the infinite
divine, he will also become divine.
Tutto ciò che è in maggior quantità
trasformerà ciò che in minor quantità
viene in suo contatto, facendogli
assumere le sue caratteristiche. Nello
stesso modo, Dio è come l'immenso
oceano. In modo simile, se prendiamo le
nostre vite, con tutte le loro impurità, e
le immergiamo nel sacro oceano di Dio,
la goccia assumerà la qualità
dell'oceano. Se l'individuo va ad
immergersi nell'infinito di Dio, anche lui
diventerà divino.
IL PESCE CON LE ALI

5. La madre, avvia i propri figli alla conoscenza del
mondo, infondendo in essi i principi della
buona educazione e preparandoli alla vita. La
vita di un uomo che non rispettasse e non
amasse una madre così venerabile sarebbe del
tutto inutile. L’uomo deve venerazione e amore
alla madre nella quale può riconoscere tutte le
forze divine.
MATERNITA’
MATERNITY
The mother nourishes the child, provides the
necessaries for its growth, teaches the child
what it should know and what it should avoid
and leads it on the path of righteousness. The
life of a man who cannot respect and love such
a venerable mother, is utterly useless.
Recognizing one's mother as the very
embodiment of all divine forces, one must
show reverence to her and treat her with love.

6. Il frutto dell'amore matura in ogni albero della vita, ma è coperto
dalla lussuria, dall'ira, dall'invidia e dall'ego e questo ci rende
difficile gustarne la dolcezza nascosta. Solo coloro che riescono a
togliere via la buccia esterna possono godere il dolce succo
interno, benché nessuno sia eleggibile per una tale esperienza.
Non contaminato da egoismo o timore, questo frutto è al di sopra
di ogni distinzione di razza, casta, religione e ruolo nella vita.
PREGHIERA ALL’ALBERO
The fruit of love grows in every tree of life. However, it is
covered by lust, anger, envy and ego, making it difficult for us to
taste the hidden sweetness. Only those who can peel off the
outer skin can enjoy the sweet juice within, although anyone is
eligible for such an experience. Untainted by selfishness and
fear, this fruit is above the distinctions of race, caste, religion
and the stage of life.

7. Così ognuno di voi allontani sul principio anche il più
piccolo pensiero cattivo che si affacciasse alla sua
mente. Sottovalutarlo come una piccola cosa
irrilevante, altrimenti gli consentirebbe di far breccia
nella mente e, col passare del tempo, di occuparla
pienamente. Così durante quel processo, la stessa
natura umana subirebbe un tale deterioramento. Ne
verrebbe compromessa l’essenza umana. Fate dunque
ogni sforzo per allontanare ogni cattivo pensiero
nell’istante stesso in cui sorge e fate largo il più
possibile alle qualità umane.

Likewise every person should keep out even the
smallest bad thought the moment it seeks to enter
the mind. To treat it as small and inconsiderable
would mean allowing such things to enter the mind
and in due course fill it entirely. In the process, the
entire nature of the person is changed. His human
essence is undermined. Hence every effort must be
made to keep out all bad thoughts and feelings and
promote human qualities as much as possible.

8. L’amore è una qualità divina dell’uomo. Però non
andrebbe manifestato solo nei confronti di altri
esseri umani, ma anche verso uccelli, animali e
altre creature viventi. Il vero raffinamento si
riscontra in un’espansione d’amore come questa,
abbandonando le visioni ristrette della mente e
sviluppando ampie vedute, il cui risultato è gioia
autentica per se stessi come pure per la società.
La natura umana, in questo modo, si sublima in
quella divina.

Love is a divine quality in man. But it should be
shown not only towards other human beings, but
also towards birds, beasts and other living
creatures. True culture lies in such an expansion
of love, giving up narrowness and developing
broad-mindedness which results in real joy for
oneself and for the society as well. Thus will
human nature be sublimated into divinity.

proteggono il mondo, sicuri di sé, coraggiosi, maestosi e
forti come leoni. “IO VOGLIO” che voi diventiate re tra gli
uomini.

10. Molti veggenti hanno visualizzato nel loro cuori
illuminati il segreto sovrano che soggiace
all’affascinante Bellezza del Cosmo; la compassione
per il genere umano li ha spinti a comunicare le loro
visioni per mezzo del linguaggio umano, per far
scaturire la sete di immergersi in quella Beatitudine,
che è innata nell’anima umana. La sapienza genera
questa spinta nel cuore dei veggenti.

beauty of the cosmos. Compassion toward humanity

through human language to arouse the innate thirst
in the soul for immersion in that bliss. Spiritual

11. Solo il grande che ha impressa la Verità dello Spirito
(atmica) deve essere accettato come Maestro, e può
essere accettato come discepolo solo chi può accogliere
questa Verità ed è desideroso di conoscerla.
L’alunno deve possedere un intelletto chiaro e ricettivo
per poter afferrare i principi filosofici che formano le
basi della Sapienza (Jñâna). Il maestro e il discepolo
devono avere entrambi questa statura.

DELL’OFFERTA
Only the great one who has the Atmic truth imprinted
on the heart is to be accepted as guru. And only the
individual who can welcome this truth and is eager to
know it is to be accepted as pupil.
The listener has to possess a clear receptive intellect, or
else the philosophical principles that form the basis of
spiritual wisdom (Jñâna) will not be comprehended.
The guru and the pupil both have to be of this stature.

12. Così com’è creato, l’uomo è incasellato nel suo involucro umano e,
quindi, può vedere Dio solo come uomo. Non c’è via d’uscita. Se i
bufali adorassero Dio, si potrebbero solo immaginare Dio come Bufalo
Cosmico. Ecco quindi che similmente l’uomo si raffigura il Principio
Divino come un Uomo Cosmico, ossia come un Essere Cosmico dotato
di membra e caratteri umani.
NEL BOSCO CON VISHNUIN THE FOREST WITH VISHNU
As at present created, humans are encased by nature, so they
can see God only as a human. There is no escape. When buffalos
yearn to worship God, limited as they are by the buffalo nature,
they can imagine God as a Cosmic Buffalo. So too, a human
imagines the divine Principle as a cosmic perfect person with
human limbs and human qualities.

13. Chi vede il mondo come mondo lo vede sbagliando; chi lo vede
come Anima Universale lo vede giusto. Il mondo è un effetto,
che ha una causa, e non può essere staccato dalla sua causa.
Esso non è che una mutazione di Dio, che lo costituisce. I milioni
di esseri sono i rami, i fuscelli e le foglie; il seme è Dio, ed in
esso tutto l’albero è incluso e riassunto. Nessuno può sottrarsi
alle leggi della Natura, né contrastarle.

He who sees the world as world sees wrong; he who sees it
as Supreme Soul sees right. The world is the effect; it has a
cause; it cannot be different from the cause. It is just a
mutation of God, which constitutes it. The millions of
beings are the branches, twigs and leaves; the seed is God,
in which all the tree is subsumed and summarized. No one
can escape the laws of nature, nor counter them.

14. Nulla può illuminare un oggetto che non riflette la luce, ma
una fiamma illumina se stessa e illumina tutt’intorno. Dio è
intrinsecamente luminoso. Egli illumina tutto, ed è al di là
della natura, che non è altro che una manifestazione della Sua
grandezza. Così, Egli può essere visto solo con l’Occhio della
Saggezza, un occhio che si può ottenere solo per mezzo della
Sua grazia.
LUCE CHE PERVADEPERVADING LIGHT
Nothing can illumine an object that does not reflect light;
but a flame illumines itself and sheds light all around. God
is self-luminous; He illumines all. He is beyond nature,
which is but a manifestation of His glory. So He can be seen
only by the eye of wisdom, an eye that can be won only by
His grace.

15. L’oro fuso nel crogiuolo brilla di una strana
aureola gialla. Donde proviene questa luce
dall’oro o dal fuoco? Lo splendore appartiene
all’oro. Brillare è nella sula stessa natura.
L’intimo Sé, lo Spirito che dimora all’interno di
ognuno , brilla di luce propria ed è il testimone
dell’attività. E’ immobile, santo e puro, eterno,
indivisibile, si manifesta da sé; è Pace, non ha
fine; è la stessa Sapienza
MAGIC OF LIGHT
INCANTO DI LUCI
When gold is melted in the crucible, it shines
with a strange yellow glory. Where did that
light emanate from? From the gold or the
fire? The effulgence belonged to the gold
itself; it is its very nature. The inner presiding
Oneself shines with its own splendor; it is the
witness of the activities. It is holy and pure; it
is eternal; it is indivisible; it is self-
manifested, it is peace; it has no end; it is
wisdom itself.

16. L’uomo non dovrebbe ripensare al passato, né darsi
pensiero per il futuro. I frutti delle azioni passate sono
quelli che sono, e non si possono cambiare. Non si può
retrocedere nel tempo e rivivere nel passato. Il futuro è
incerto: non sapete se domani sarete ancora vivi. Perché
darsene pena? Potreste morire oggi stesso... e allora?
Vivete nel presente, pensate al presente; ma se si richiama
alla mente il Divino, se si riesce a scorgerLo, il presente
diventa infinito, è sempre presente. L'uomo vive sul frutto
delle azioni trascorse. Il passato è un insegnamento per il
presente che, a sua volta, è un insegnamento per il futuro.

TRATTENERE IL TEMPO
Man should not worry about what is past. The present is
the product of the past. What has happened is beyond
recall. It is futile to worry about the future because it is
uncertain. Concern yourself only with the present. By
"present" we may be thinking only of this moment. But
this is not the present as Divinity sees it. For the Divine,
"present" is what is "omnipresent". This means that both
the past and the future are present in what is, because it
is the result of the past, the seed of the future.

REINCARNATION
REINCARNAZIONE
You ignore the divinity that is the core of your being.
Men are all offspring of God, like many flowers with
different fragrance and color. Their scent come from
Divine Essence that is reason and cause of their
existence. Everyone must be aware of that Essence
and get out of the cycle of birth and death. All have
to die, sooner or later. No one will be anxious to
have the same dress on for years and years. Death is
but the casting off of old clothes.

18. La morte implica certi processi che indeboliscono e
distruggono la vita. Ciò non influisce sullo Spirito.
Esso non muore, ne può essere distrutto. Perciò la
morte non va temuta; non è altro che un altro
stadio di vita. Per quanto lungo si soffra di una
malattia o per grave che sia una ferita, la morte
arriverà al momento giusto. Quando ha termine il
desiderio di vivere, non ci può essere più rinascita.

Death involves certain developments that weaken
and extinguish life. It does not affect the Spirit;
which has no death and cannot be destroyed.
Therefore one should not fear death. Death is but
another stage of life. However long one suffers
from illness or however severe the injury, death can
happen only when time signals the right moment.
When the yearning for living ends, there can be no
more birth.

19. Il mondo oggettivo e materiale è ciò che vedono i nostri
occhi, che piace ai sensi, che affascina le nostre menti
ed informa il nostro cervello. Ma in questo mondo, e
attraverso di esso, c’è un mondo immateriale soggettivo
raggiungibile. Una volta conosciuto questo, entrambi i
mondi si rivelano come espressioni parziali della stessa
indivisibile Coscienza.
DIMENSION OVER THE VISIBLE DIMENSIONI OLTRE IL VISIBILE
This material objective world becomes visible to our eyes,
pleases our senses, fascinates our minds, and informs our
brain. But in and through this very world, there is one
reachable non-material subjective world. When the non-
material world is known, both worlds reveal themselves
as partial expressions of the same indivisible
consciousness.

20. Alla fine della strada, una volta raggiunta la
mèta, il pellegrino si accorge che ha solo

himself to himself.
