What & Who is Springboard <ul><li>The Springboard programme is designed for students studying on higher level courses </li></ul><ul><li>PDP to focus on areas of study to achieve success </li></ul><ul><li>Springboard is also a network of people, and each student will have a named tutor, student advisor, and learning resources advisor </li></ul><ul><li>A branded approach to delivery </li></ul>
    3. 3. How does Springboard work? <ul><li>PDP – finds the needs </li></ul><ul><li>People – ensure access to support </li></ul><ul><li>Workshops – on demand face to face training </li></ul><ul><li>Fronter – WCC’s VLE – access to leaning materials and bespoke support materials </li></ul>
