the rewards budget to non-cash
components

• 80% believe that rewards & incentives
help to engage & retain employees

• ESOPs, rewards, insurance and wellness
score highest in strategic importance

• 50% use company policies to
communicate non-cash benefits at the
time of joining

• 41% expect an increase this year in the
budget allocated to non-cash benefits
