    kelayakan dan institusi pendidikan.
    ( 3) Sesuatu institusi pendidikan boleh mengendalikan peperiksaan, ujian atau dalam
    bentuk penilaian lain bagi maksud menilai murid-muridnya sendiri.
    Adalah dicadangkan supaya Akta Pendidikan 1996 (Akta 550) diteliti dan dikaji dalam Mesyuarat Khas
    bagi memastikan pelaksanaan Transformasi Pendidikan Voctech akur dengan Akta sedia ada
    bagi Seksyen yang lain.
