with full force. Many companies are headed to float on the NASDAQ, while
others are on the verge of being acquired. So far 2014 has produced 37
Israeli M&A’s. The average inbound acquisition price was $101.77M, with a
total of $8.6B. The success of 2014 has already surpassed that of 2013 and
is on pace to be the highest total amount of Israeli M&A since 2006.
