established after the family system, which
was family farming all on the same level. No
one was a higher rank than the other.

Priests were often warriors, and they were equal to the
common people, despite being rulers.

built pyramids and giant stone heads
 A political system was made
 A writing system was made
 A lot of sculptures were built
