Vision/Target

 My students do not write their names on their
  papers
 It drives me NUTS!
I want to accomplish…

 In the next 2 weeks, all my students will write
  their first and last name on their assignments!
Theory

 Students will change their behavior, if the
  behavior causes painful consequences.
Consequences

 Work without a name will not be scored.
 Any student with missing assignments will
  walk the line during recess.

 Talking to other teachers, they make the
  students redo the assignment
  completely, they cannot just put their name
  on the top of the completed paper.
Implementation

 Each day I will record the number of students
  that have to walk the line because of missing
  assignments for no name.
Projection

 By the end of the 1st week the number of
  students walking will be cut in half.
 By the end of the 2nd week the number will be
  zero.
Reflection

 Nothing in the world is more important to a 9
  year old than their recess. Therefore, I think
  this plan will alter their behavior.
 Students will start to right their names on
  their paper everytime.
