Edu-AREA is an ongoing project.

This is an on-going project. We initiated it last year 2013 and in this year we are moving it to adopt open vision.
Particularly the topic of this paper will be approached in the next project state. Currently we are focused on the development of authoring and supporting functionalities for teachers.
Teachers in primary and secondary school in Galicia, how can we support them on teaching innovation.
There are many ways in which they can be supported, but how to do it.
Edu-AREA is a place to fill the gap between visionary scenarios and classroom practice.
Edu-AREA is a source of inspiration for educators to strengthen their abilities and confidence as designers of educational activities and to expand and improve educational design skills.
Educational practices need to be adapted. Practices that work well for one school do not necessarily yield the same positive impact in another.
We want to provide the opportunity to every teacher to contribute.
There are already initiatives to provide tools information as open data.
We are maintaining discussions with teachers and we are going to initiate its use by students that are preparing to become university teachers.
Some questions of teachers are about the advantages, benefits provided, and how can they integrate this application with their current practice.
We are also working in the development of applications for Android and IOS to support teachers on classroom.
